RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions Excluded from Warranty Claims

• Dissatisfaction with look & feel or minor shade/color differences
• Physical damage not reported within 24 hours
• Accidental damage, liquid spillage, or exposure to extreme temperatures
• Wear and tear due to regular usage

Product Pricing

• Prices listed are current but may change without notice
• Orders may be cancelled in case of pricing errors with full refund
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• International card payments are subject to bank exchange rates and charges

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

If you received the correct item, exchanges are allowed up to two times only. No refunds will be issued in this case.

Refunds

• If you receive an incorrect item, a full refund will be issued
• If you receive the correct item, refunds are not applicable (exchange only)

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
